We need 10 photos of your pet, but we can work with fewer. Don’t worry about backgrounds, or poses—we handle all that! We can work with photos from any camera, but if unsure, feel free to contact us.

We will deliver samples of your full photoshoot within 7 – 10 working days. Once you have given us any feedback we will proceed to finalise the full quality versions for delivery within a further 7 working days.

Yes, once your photos are ready, you’ll receive a secure link to download them directly to your device(s) in high resolution. We can also deliver over Whatsapp.

Yes they do. We use lighting effects which mimic studio lighting and light the rest of the setting accordingly. The emphasis is on capturing the picture perfect expressions of your pet. If you would like us to tweak photos, we are happy to (within reason).

The first step is for us to share samples with you to check that you are getting what you were expecting. The staff member looking after you will take any feedback. If there is something you would like us to change, we will ask you how we can get it right. We will then come back to you with new versions to check you are happy. Once you are happy with the samples we will proceed to prepare the final versions of your images. If we still can’t get you to love your sample photos then you can have a no question asked refund from us at any time.

Our digital service only includes your pet.

Yes, they don’t need to be recent.

The digital service is only available for individual pets, but please get in touch with more details if you want to explore options for multiple pets.

Of course - every pet is beautiful and unique, and this will not affect the effectiveness of our model.

No - you don’t need to send us any poses. We do need to have pictures of all angles of the pet’s face though.

We can work with photos of all qualities, within reason. Extremely blurry photos will not work.

Generally – yes. We can work with photos taken from the majority of cameras and camera phones from within the last ten years. High quality photos are not required for this service, but they do help us get better results.

No, however, the more different expressions you provide the more likely we will be able to create great results.

This is so that your pet is accurately depicted - different photos have different lighting and focus!

We take your privacy very seriously. We maintain strict data protection standards. Data is held securely and data collection is minimised. We do not collect any further information about your pet.

Yes - we take data protection very seriously. Our system implements encryption, access controls, and data minimization techniques. We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 to ensure your data is handled with care and kept safe at all times. For more information on how we handle your data, please refer to our privacy policy. We have a holding period of 35 days for the data following the later of the final photos being delivered and correspondence ending. The data is deleted after that time unless a further package is bought or the holding period is extended.

You retain full ownership of the original and edited photos.

All data is processed and stored in the UK and the EEA to ensure compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. All applicable data protection and privacy regulations are followed. Your data is deleted 35 days after your final photos have been delivered and correspondence ends.
